Sanjay Dutt following footsteps of Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar
In 2012 Bollywood witnessed lot of South Indian remakes, which made a mark at the box office by reaching 100 cr club.
Till now we have seen Salman Khan,Akhay Kumar and Ajay Devagan acting in most of the remkes.'Wanted ' made Salman to regain his stardum, while Akshay tasted his success back with 'Rowdy Rathore'. Ajay Devagan joined the 100 cr club with 'Singam'.
Seen the success of these heroes it made other actors curious to act in South Indian remakes.Sanjay Dutt is one of those actors well known for his dynamic acting started looking for such a script which can portray his heroic image as well as get back him into success path.
Luckily 'Saami' a Tamil super hit movie quenched the thirst of this hero with its extra ordinary screenplay and exceptional story line.Without any delay he bought the remake rights for this movie in Hindi.
Already it was a blockbuster in Telugu as 'Lakshmi Narasimha' with Bala Krishna in the lead role.
If Sanjay Dutt can replicate the same in Bollywood, no doubt we will witness another South Indian remake blockbuster in 2013.
